Refunds + Cancellations
We allow you to request a cancellation, full refund or changes to workshop dates up to 14 days before the booked workshop date.
All changes are subject to availability. Changes to booked workshop dates within 14 days of workshop date are not permitted.
Refunds or Cancellations
If your request for cancellation or refund falls within 14 days of the booked workshop date we will only offer a 50% refund. If your request for cancellation or refund falls within 7 days of the booked workshop date we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund you must contact email@example.com with all relevant booking details.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your booking cancellation is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Special Offers (if applicable)
On occasions PixelKids Academy may offer workshops at discounted rates or special offers like last minute deals etc. Only regular priced workshops may be refunded, unfortunately special offer workshops cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only allow changes to dates of workshops up to 14 days prior to the workshop date. No changes to workshops and dates are permitted if any changes are requested within 14 days of the booked workshop date. Please send us an email at email@example.com to make any changes to workshop booking dates.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your workshop. Once the workshop cancellation is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the workshop wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had booked the workshop on your behalf, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your cancellation.
